Hostile Fatalities Since May 1, 2003: 1213

The White House accused North Korea Sunday of trying to be "bullies in the world," after a reported new missile test.
"I think they're looking to kind of be bullies in the world. And they're causing others to stand up and take notice."

Just 48 hours before representatives of 189 nations meet at the United Nations to review the flaws in the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, Iran threatened Saturday to resume producing nuclear fuel, and North Korea dismissed President Bush as a "philistine whom we can never deal with."
North Korea pulled out of the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty two years ago and ejected international inspectors.

Bush Has Been Ditching Treaties Since He Came To Power. He Must Be Stopped Before It's Too Late.
Then the international arms control and non-proliferation regimes collapsed. Americans weren't bothered at first, for hadn't the government promised a super-sophisticated force field round the whole nation that no terrorist or missile would ever penetrate? So nuclear testing resumed in Nevada for new warheads to improve the kill prospects of missile interceptors and to penetrate deep into enemies' bunkers.

U.S. Shifts Stance on Nuclear Treaty
In 2001, the administration opposed attempts to create an inspections regime for the Biological Weapons Convention.

Falling and Faltering
What part of "Bush lied about Iraq's WMDs" does fucking Newsweek not get?

OCCUPIED BAGHDAD, New Iraq - Insurgents began a third straight day of attacks in Iraq on Sunday, including ambushes, car bombs and a drive-by shooting, killing nine Iraqis and wounding 21, police said.
One U.S. soldier also died in Saturday's attacks.

Four car bombings took place in Baghdad on Sunday, U.S. military spokesman Sgt. Greg Kaufman said. He said no U.S. soldiers were killed in the attacks but gave no further details.

"But it's worth it because we got those Iraqi weapons of mass destruction. What? We didn't? They didn't! Umm, okay. Well,it was worth it because we got the bastards who did 9-11. Huh? No connection? The ISRAELIS? Okay, okay, wait a moment. Ummm, yes it is a grievous loss, but it was worth it because Saddam was aiding Al Qaeda. What is it NOW? They weren't? Enemies, huh? Al Qaeda is WHO?. You mean we're getting our asses killed for a foreign government?!?"

The parents of British troops killed in Iraq are to demand that Tony Blair orders a public inquiry into the war or face legal action in the courts.
We don't need another fucking inquiry. The man lied. Get rid of him.

The 9/11 Hijackers
All 19 of these "perfect soldiers" now are dead.

At Least 7 of the 9/11 Hijackers are Still Alive
Because the IDs used by the hijackers were phony, we cannot know who they really were or who they really worked for. But what is apparent is that those who planned the hijackings and the 9/11 attacks went out of their way to leave plenty of clues pointing to citizens of middle eastern Arab nations.

"Evidence linking these Israelis to 9/11 is classified. I cannot tell you about evidence that has been gathered. It's classified information."
-- US official quoted in Carl Cameron's Fox News report on the Israeli spy ring and its connections to 9-11.

A high-level military investigation into accusations of detainee abuse at Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, has concluded that several prisoners were mistreated or humiliated, perhaps illegally, as a result of efforts to devise innovative methods to gain information, senior military and Pentagon officials say.
It remains unclear, however, how high up the chain of command the report's authors will assign responsibility for the abuses. Pentagon officials have been criticized for absolving high-level officers in previous investigations.

U.S. horror films boom amid war, anxiety
Analysts say the sudden horror flick boom in part reflects a desire for American audiences to escape the real-world violence from Iraq and elsewhere that has featured so prominently in newspaper headlines and TV news. And Hollywood is only too happy to oblige.

So when do we get invaded to remove the rogue government that spies on its own people, gases its own people during anti War protests, stages "terrorist" attacks, holds crooked elections, attacks other nations without cause, and uses torture on innocent people looking for WMD that don't exist?
