Yesterday Scott McClellan, the President's Press Whore, denied any wrongdoing in prior statements about Karl Rove even though the truth is now plainly obvious. He simply wants us to forget about it. Of course, his boss has denied any evildoing with regards to the "War on Terror." Karl Rove denies any evildoing with regards to Joe Wilson's wife.

Republicans deny any evildoing in supporting this President. Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O'Connor denies any evildoing in "selecting" him to be President. And the people deny any evildoing by voting for him and the Republican Congress which supports him.
We all know what we are doing. We are doing evil. We know why we are doing it. Because America isn't that great a country any more in terms of industry and business, with one obvious exception ... the military. So we are selling our wares to the world through our slick salesman George Bush. The name of the sale is "The War on Terror" and the cost includes a lot of unnecessary death and destruction. But war makes money and preserves our way of life so we accept it. Who's the world's biggest terrorist? America is. We have thousands of nuclear weapons to terrorize the entire human race into submission.

We know somewhere in the back of our mind that this whole scam has been constructed to keep our economy going. President Bush is ironically correct when he says that he's doing it to preserve "our way of life." We wouldn't be able to continue without the oil of the Middle East or without the dollar as the world's dominant currency. If OPEC switched to using the Euro, as they have considered in the past, we'd be finished. The national debt would skyrocket, the dollar would plummet and our economy would collapse.
We may not understand all the finer details of international finance, but we know that America has been losing its position at the top of the economic pyramid. We know that we don't make the best cars or electronics any more. We know that we don't make the cheapest shoes or 10,000 other things. We know that the competition is winning and that it's going to continue with the "inevitable" tide of globalization. We understand that the one market where we maintain dominance is the market for war. So we have silently conspired with each other to created "endless war" in order to maintain our way of life a while longer using "debt money" and the threat of international terrorism.

I've been researching what happened on 9/11. The official story is a fraud. It looks very much like we did it to ourselves, that our own military was involved as an active participant. The 9/11 commission deceived us. This means both Republicans and Democrats conspired to conceal the truth from America and the world.

We need to accept correction. This requires humility. Scott McLellan won't admit that he has lied to the press, that he did evil, and neither will Karl Rove or President Bush. So why should we?
Because truthfulness is a virtue. It's the right thing to do. It is what will set us free from this evil spell we have cast upon ourselves and the world.
It's all US! We did it to ourselves and we keep doing it by refusing to acknowledge the truth.
Jesus said thousands of years ago: "Go and sin no more." "Seek the truth and the truth will set you free." "Confess it with your mouth." "The love of money is the root of all evil."
We are loving money. We know what needs to be done. Now we need to do it.
